Fitness Recreation Fellowship The MAC offers many different fitness and recreational activities.

FBC Brandon’s Ministry and Activities Center “MAC” is a membership fitness center and gymnasium open to both the church family and the community. The MAC is located at the corner of Morgan and Edwards 1 block west of Parsons.

The MAC’s Developmental Basketball program gives boys and girls in 2nd–8th grade an opportunity to learn the fundamentals, develop their skills, and grow as athletes in a positive, encouraging environment.

Whether they’re new to basketball or ready to take their game to the next level, our coaches will help them grow through skill development, teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship.

Whether you’re working on your first downward dog or mastering advanced poses, her guidance ensures safe and effective progress. Toni not only teaches Strike A Pose on Wednesdays at 11 and Fridays at 10:15, but she also teaches Silver Sneakers Classic on Wednesdays at 10. Check out her classes. You'll be glad you did!
