ATTN: NEW CLASS ALERT!
Starting this Wednesday, join Diane on the mat for precise movement to strengthen and define muscle tone. This body sculpting class may incorporate some yoga postures, hand and/or ankle weights, resistance bands, or other props to assist in improving muscle definition. It is designed to tone and sculpt while staying low-impact on the joints; each sequence flows with intention and breath. You’ll move through controlled, dynamic exercises that enhance balance, posture, and flexibility — leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and energized from the inside out.
The room will be heated to a temperature between 85-90 degrees F.
