Meet: Ms. Lori
1) What brought you to teaching ISR... I absolutely LOVE teaching ISR. I was introduced to ISR in 1991 when my daughter was a student at 8 months and continued to work with the local instructor until we moved. I have been a life long advocate of ISR and when my grandson was born and there was not a certified ISR instructor in the area, I decided to retire from the corporate world and apply. My only regret is that I didn't do it 35 years ago. It's the most amazing thing I have ever done.
2) What is your favorite thing about teaching ISR ... My babies! (oh and their families too). I wake up every morning so incredibly excited to get in the pool with my little ones.
3) Share a little about your family or pets ... I have a daughter and grandson in Tampa and another daughter in Seattle WA. I am so proud of my girls. Currently my husband and I live in Brandon with our 2 fur babies.
4) What are a few of your favorite things personally... I love to paint. Over the last few years I have worked as a middle school and after school art teacher. It's been fun but this winter I have decided to devote my time to teaching ISR. (and maybe a few painting classes at home with friends and neighbors). My husband and I are avid scuba divers and when we both have time off together, that's where you will find us.

We swim year round in a heated covered pool. Anytime is a good time to learn to swim! Fall and winter still available.
