Freshly finished the obstacle beast at the Tiny Ranch…this was a tough but fun project and sending a big shout out to my boys for helping me finish this. There’s no way I would’ve got it done without them. Can’t wait to get everyone out for an Opt4Fitness Bootcamp to try it out.

Those that truly support you, have your back and ask for no handouts, truly want to support you, want to see you succeed and show you love every opportunity they can. They are true to your circle, ride or die for the tribe…No matter how big or small you believe you are in this world to those people you matter and they absolutely should matter to you so make sure you give them their flowers while you can and appreciate their love and pay all that love and respect back in return… to all those to have supported me along my journey, whether it be in the military, before the military, my fitness adventures and/or just life in general …thank you and sending you all the love
