I strive to provide a real life, genuine and honest approach, not a textbook approach, when it comes to mental performance training! It’s an approach that student-athletes need and really do appreciate. I believe it’s my responsibility to help set them up for success when they’re adults…because not everyone gets a trophy, life isn’t easy and it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. But it can be
a little easier when they understand how to react in the tough times, to turn those tough times into learning moments so they’re better equipped for next time. So, it’s my obligation to educate, energize and empower them to expand their potential by training them to be mentally strong in times of adversity on the field/court. Which, in turn, will benefit them off the field/court. Why do I do this? I do this because I needed me when I was younger! Being able to learn from someone who struggled, failed & can relate to you is a powerful tool for you to have in your Life's Toolbox.
