Introducing Merkaba, my online membership community, that I’ve been quietly building since last summer and finally officially bringing to you 😇

We are a small community of Rising Women who take our personal growth seriously and want to take a proactive approach to growing, healing, and rising to become The Best that we can be 🧗‍♀️

Here are specifics of what you’ll receive:
- Monthly Goddess Wisdom video showcasing divine feminine wisdom as our lesson of the month
- Monthly LIVE Story Circle where we get together on Zoom to explore topics close to our hearts using examples and anecdotes from our lives
- Monthly Learning Channel articles on topics that are vitally important for women to be aware of, such as our natural cycles, sexuality, intuition, internalized patriarchy
- Monthly Support Day where members can virtually talk to me 1:1 to integrate learnings of the month or get support on their healing & growth journey
- Access to the Vault with records of everything that has been curated so far, including Goddess Archive, Story Circle audio recordings, Learning Channel articles to date, and helpful resources like meditation & workbooks

Merkaba is a word that came to me, and I decided to trust it. To me, it means to bring balance and spiritual transformation. So, Merkaba designed to be a safe space for unlearning and dismantling what no longer serves you and gradually stepping into who you WANT to be, with the support of a like-hearted community.

🌟 Celebrating, Honoring & Witnessing Women, today & everyday! Let’s honor the women who have come before us & paved the way for us. Let’s appreciate the women who walk with us and support us. Let’s stand for women who still continue to fight & find their way beyond oppression & suppression. Let today be the day to remember it all and to rededicate ourselves to the liberation of all! 🌟

May we forever be strong
May we forever be soft
May we forever be fire
May we forever stand up no matter how much we fall

The path to freedom may be miles & miles away, but we will never give up

We will heal
We will grow
We will love
We will nurture
Ourselves first and everyone else

We will recognize our flaws
We will recognize our weaknesses
We will recognize wounds both inflicted on us & those we inflict on others

We will take accountability & sovereignty over our own lives first
And we will support others along the way
We will keep marching onwards & upwards towards our liberation

“If women were raised to focus on the love and purpose of inner beauty, instead of the emptiness and shallowness of outer beauty, by the time they were at midlife, they wouldn’t feel invisible. They’d feel invincible.” - from Maiden to Mother

Think about women in your life who are at midlife, do you feel like you really know them? Do you see them for who they really are? Do you know what pains them? What do they dream of for themselves?

Media today mainly covers “younger women”. And even if there have been shifts where we are now starting to see older women still remaining in the limelight, it is mainly for their ability to “stay young” or “stay relevant to the younger crowd”. We don’t really know them fully for ALL that they are, but our focus is limited to their sense of fashion, external beauty, external success, and seeming ability to “stay young”.

What our world is still devoid of is its inability to prioritize inner beauty. To stay relevant and visible, we strive to remain beautiful by societal standards. And when we age and the energy and enthusiasm of the maiden phase start to fade, it is as if we don’t matter anymore. Our existence starts to just fade into the background of a younger & vibrant world, where women are no longer seen or heard.
If you’re in denial, the only evidence you need is to think about the women in your life who are in midlife. I’m not here talking about celebrities or influencers, but normal women in your lives. Do you think they feel visible in this society? Do you think they feel truly heard?

However, if we were taught to focus on the love and purpose of inner beauty, why would it matter if the outer beauty (per societal standards) were to fade? Why would women at midlife be questioning their worth and relevance? In fact, after having had the trials and tribulations of the maiden phase, of loving, learning, failing and all her diverse experiences, it is FINALLY her time to BLOOM, to come to her true power, to embody MATURE Feminine, and to be a leader and a guide to younger women and rest of the community. THIS IS WHAT THE WORLD IS MISSING AND WHAT IT TRULY NEEDS.

We experience our realities based on our perception of the world. But, our perceptions are heavily influenced by our societal & cultural norms, values & expectations. And we subconsciously adopt these assumptions from what we see and learn from our environments – especially during our childhood.

You might have seen men being the central authority figure in your family while women took on the role of server, caretaker, and nurturer. When this is the narrative of the environment we grow up in, it becomes very easy to accept and normalize these gender roles in our subconscious even if we were “taught” that women have equal rights as men.

This narrative of a subservient woman in our subconscious affects us at our deep core and we find our ambition and willpower frequently clash with our subconscious beliefs of low self-worth and low self-esteem.

➡️ So, what can we do about it?

🌟We must do our inner work to identify & release our internalized conditioning so we can get closer to understanding who we authentically are, understand our own values & beliefs, likes & dislikes, realize the type of partnership & friendships we need and deserve to thrive emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

🌟We must do our inner work to break the chain of societal & cultural programming that has kept women and other marginalized demographics oppressed for ages, and moreover, runs the threat of perpetuating this oppression to the next generation.

🌟We must take self-responsibility to do this important work of acknowledging and releasing these adopted and internalized assumptions - with patience and practice - so we can finally free ourselves!

This is definitely easier said than done and requires a lot of ongoing self-reflection and determination on your part to keep it a priority. So, if you are ready and want my support through your inner work, I offer FIRE Sessions!

✨Somewhere along our journey of becoming our own heroine, facing our fears, and loving on ourselves ferociously, we must also recognize that we are responsible for our own healing, for all our choices, all of our actions & inactions, all of the outcomes, and also for all of our mistakes and cracks in our plan.✨

For us to be truly empowered, we must release the patriarchal conditioning of what it means to be a woman (sweet, naïve, obedient, pleasing, soft, young – forever a maiden) but unapologetically mature into our womanhood and take full responsibility for who we are and who we want to be - regardless of whether society approves of it or not.

We must venture inward to recognize all the places society and culture has a firm grasp over our sense of self, especially the places that are hidden and not obvious to the naked eye.

And until we become aware of our own internalized patriarchal conditioning, we remain suppressed and unknowingly pass it on to those around us and to future generations.

There’s no guarantee to the amount of time that has been allotted to us, why should we waste away worrying about what others think of us or if they’ll approve of us?

Nothing is constant in this world. All those that we value and cherish are simply crossing paths with us for a time. They matter the most today, but what guarantee is there of tomorrow?

Life cycles through in infinite ways. The harder we try to control, the harder we’re reminded of our fragility. Pushing against the grain of life does nothing but teach us the importance of ease & flow.

We may try to mask ourselves with hopes and aspirations of a big bright future, but what is the value of all the light & shimmer if our soul within grows dim and weak?

Do not be ashamed of your true self – just because society does not value it.

Do not apologize for your individuality – just because its beauty is yet to blossom.

Ask yourself:

We’ve been shown one straight narrow path to embracing our womanhood & living our life.

We’ve been trained & conditioned to be “good girls” – forever sweet, naïve, obedient; financially independent perhaps but still emotionally & mentally dependent on “society” and unable to truly hold our own.
