On day ONE of coaching (before our first call even) a client got so much clarity on her messaging - she cried happy tears.

She had been trying to figure out "" what she did" and "how to talk about it" for MONTHS.

She'd taken programs, joined masterminds, and STILL couldn't quite articulate it.

So, I did what I do with almost every 1:1 coaching client ⇢ talked it out.

I had her brain dump out - verbal diarrhea style - what she does, who she wants to work with, the impact she's after, what she believes. The whole shebang.

And within minutes - I shared the messaging that made her brand stand the 🦆out.

The messaging she used to launch her group coaching program. Sell coaching sessions. And get every single person she wanted to join her program to buy before the cart even officially opened.

That's the power of coaching.

And honestly, that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Storytime...

I was seeking support from my mentor and she said...You're such a good content coach, you're really good at content - how can we make that front and center.

I immediately had a gut response (hello Generator ways!) that said...

F**K that. I am SO much more than a content coach.

⇣ This last one is what helped my clients build massive momentum FAST.

I gave up the belief that I had to filter my words. I had to coach and not call out things I was seeing or patterns that were keeping them stuck.

There's this belief in the coaching and mentorship space that we "should let clients uncover/learn things themselves. That our job is simply to guide."

And yes that's true. But if there's a bit 🦆king tree on fire in the middle of the road blocking your path keeping you stuck - I sure as 💩 am gonna point it out.

So I am not afraid to “cross a line” by pointing out the big elephant block in the room that’s sitting on their chest keeping them stuck where they are.

Sometimes these are uncomfortable conversations, they require deep empathy - yes.

They require me to also be vulnerable and create a safe space for clients to go deep, share things that have happened that led to a belief, to feel supported knowing I’m listening, I’m there.

But if I don’t call out these things - they’ll stay where they are and that’s not why they hired me.

Here are some examples of the difference...

Let's pretend you're a weight loss coach. You help people lose weight and feel amazing. So your content and brand is a WHOLE vibe.

You use pretty esthetic filters, boho-esque, empowering language, and you don't let any diet culture talk into your world.

You might promote a 1:1 container where someone can work with you for weight loss coaching.

So you use messaging like this when you're talking about what you do on Stories or in your content:

"Feel amazing in your body again."
"Fall back in love with food."
"Eat without guilt and nourish your body."
"Confidently fit into clothes you haven't in years."
...You get the idea.

Those are Okay, but we can do better.

We can create messaging so clear people want to be in your world ASAFP.

⇣This is what that clear messaging could look like...

"Feel so great about yourself that when you're walking down the street you catch your reflection in store windows and can't help but stare. You might even take your phone out to film yourself cause you are feeling how good you look in that outfit."

"Catch yourself in the mirror out the door and LOVE what's looking back at you. You feel amazing, healthy, and so comfortable in your skin."

"Out to dinner with girlfriends, is no longer a stress central situation. You don't have to worry about the number of calories in that app and if you're gonna break your diet."

"Scroll titktok without being triggered by those crazy fad diets where cottage cheese is the substitute for everything. You can eat sweets. Excluding treats or binging on cheat days is not the life you want forever so you're not gonna waste your time doing that now.

"Look forward to moving your body cause it's no longer a form of punishment to make (or keep) you skinny. Now it's your mental sanctuary cause you're actually doing what you love. If it's running the rage out - you do. If it's morning meditation walks at your own pace, that's fine too. Exercise is now a healthy part of your life that makes you energized, happy and not one bit obligated.

⇣ These are the 4 things that make your brand sexy AF to your dream clients and a thought leader online.

1️⃣ Consistency.

Making a commitment to myself that content is non-negotiable and THE REASON my business will grow.

❌ Not cause of the algorithm but cause I’m not going anywhere and am here for the long haul.

Showing up consistently is about mindset more than anything. Can you prove to yourself that you're not one foot in one foot out, that you KNOW you've got a business people want to work with and share that confidently online?

2️⃣ Strategic content.

I would focus on sharing content that builds my authority, shares my beliefs, and demonstrates my leadership. So I am always growing my brand, nurturing my community, and signing new clients.

This means sticking with your plan for at least 90m days and not getting squirreled into another "this IS the hack" strategy. Cause the long-term successful business you want (and deserve) is going to last your lifetime - 90 days is a fraction of that time.

3️⃣ Adopting a leader mindset.

This means... 💥 unlocking my personal power and not seeing any one strategy as THE answer but rather a piece that once mixed with my unique voice and magic becomes THE BEACON for the clients, business, and success I want.

Can you believe that you are a leader, now? Not when you have just one more client, not when you have 1 more year of experience, not when you get this one final certification -- RIGHT NOW.

4️⃣ Expanding my capacity.

As your income and brand grows 💩 comes up. Limiting beliefs you didn’t know you had. Facing them head-on is key to having your energy be a match for the growth you want.
