learn to teach a dynamic, athletic, and effective FORMAT style Barre class in this 40 Hour Teacher Training.

Lead by Caitlin Milbury Young and thalia_p this is a hands on training that blends technique and information with real live teaching experience from the very first weekend.

This training is for anyone with a love of barre or movement - no previous teaching experience is necessary.

If you are already a teacher looking to build barre into your repertoire FORMAT Barre Teacher Training is now NASM and AFAA approved for 1.9 CEU’s.

here’s why you should be too:

• a beat driven class to help you get out of your head and into your body 👌🏼

• full body movements, expect more combination work and less isolated muscle focus than a barre class. for a total body experience.

• core work as a focus to keep you centered

• a focus on strong cueing and alignment to make you feel safe and strong in your body 🙌🏼
