We are a family-friendly Martial Arts Gym, offering classes for all ages and training levels. We have an excellent cadre of instructors, and offer the most affordable rates in the area. We honor any member with special rates who are military/police/emergency paid or volunteer, past or present. Prices:
$135 adult monthly membership
$115 kids (5-15yrs)
$320 Family (immediate family sharing household)

A question we get asked every single week is “are your classes friendly for beginners”?
ABSOLUTELY! Just in this reel alone there are three people in the gym for their first day of striking class yesterday! We structure our programs so that everyone, regardless of experience level, can learn, get in shape, and have fun with us! As you can see, no one is trying to hurt each other; just working to learn and grow. Swing by today at 5 for boxing with Coach John, followed by Jiu Jitsu with Spencer at 6

BLUE CREW ADDITION!

Over the past several years we have had the pleasure of seeing David come into his own with his training. His tenacity and eagerness to learn and progress has helped to rocket his ability quickly! He is a staple around the gym, even branching out to our striking program after beginning in, and developing a passion for, our grappling offerings.

To have an opportunity to get more training in, and further fast track his journey, he stepped up this year and began to facilitate morning classes for us. Our members’ willingness to give back to our community is exactly what makes Boone Docks such a special place to train.

NEW BROWN IN TOWN!

It was our great pleasure and honor to recognize Ross with his brown belt at last night’s class! Ross is a lifetime martial artist in multiple different disciplines, and joined our jiu jitsu program around 9 years ago. A mechanic by trade (thanks for keeping all our members cars in great shape so they can get to us to train!), Ross is known for those unbreakable grips you only get from turning wrenches for a living.

Through the logistical hurdles of having kids’ schedules to navigate and a business to run, Ross has stayed consistent for nearly a decade. In that time, he has shown great technical ability and proven himself to be a pillar of our little community here at Boone Docks. From employing members at his shop, to supporting during the hurricane, Ross is always looking-out for our people. We wont get too sappy (wrist-lockers don’t have feelings anyway 👀) but suffice it to say: we appreciate ya, Ross, and are so proud of this monumental accomplishment!
