onal, whole-body movements that mimic movements required in daily life. Squatting is standing from a seated position. Deadlifting is lifting a heavy object off of the ground. Clean-and-jerks are moving heavy luggage to an overhead bin or heavy boxes to a high shelf. CrossFit builds uncommon quality into common skills, becomes the foundation of an active lifestyle, and allows whole communities to come together through shared confidence and strength. Now that summer is right around the corner and the sun is getting hotter, it’s time to sweat it out while catching a tan! 😎☀️

Keep showing up, putting in the work, and challenging yourself every day. We love watching our incredible members push through each workout, compete with one another, and still manage to do it all with a smile. 😊

Every year, Murph has a way of bringing our gym together in a different way. It’s not about the leaderboard, the RX vest, or the finish time. It’s about showing up beside people who are willing to push through discomfort together, encourage each other through every round, and remind one another that we’re capable of more than we think.

There’s something special about looking around the gym after Murph and seeing everyone completely exhausted — laying on the floor, covered in sweat and chalk, smiling through the pain, and cheering on the very last person to finish. That’s what makes this community so special.

Today we honored Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who made sacrifices far greater than a hard workout. Murph humbles all of us, but it also reminds us why we do hard things together. Grateful for every person who showed up today, pushed themselves, and carried the spirit of this workout with respect and heart.

Happy gradation and congratulations to our amazing seniors! These amazing athletes may have been built in the classroom, but they were forged in the gym. They earned their Bachelor’s degree with an additional minor in burpees🥳
The gym saw every version of you throughout college — stressed, exhausted, motivated, burnt out, determined, and everything in between. It became the one place where you could reset no matter what was happening outside of it. Four years later, and you finished strong! We are extremely proud of each and every one of you, and can’t wait to see where your journey takes you.

We are so proud of these athletes for showing their strength and fighting through every squat, bench press and deadlift! We got some strong lifters up in these mountains 😤💪🏻
