Taekwondo Works Taekwondo Works (of Boone) provides traditional taekwondo classes in the High Country region of North Carolina.

This Korean martial art is the world's most popular in number of practitioners. Taekwondo has something to offer every student regardless of gender, age or athletic prowess. Taekwondo Works offers instruction for both children and adults, and our instruction combines self-defense, exercise and sport. Our students can expect to reap benefits often associated with martial arts and athletics: increas

ed strength, stamina and flexibility; improved concentration and self-confidence; and knowledge of self-defense. We find that, across the board, taekwondo training enhances quality of life. And for some, taekwondo can become a way of life.
