Happy New Year! Starting the year off with great news of one of our training clients and members. Meet Mr. Bill who at the young age of 71 has officially lost 100lbs! A testament to his dedication in and outside of the gym. At the end of his session he grabbed two 50lbs DBs to remind himself of how much weight he was carrying. And even more importantly how great it is to have accomplished such a great milestone. And now we continue on with another goal of building lean muscle and improving balance and coordination!
