I saw something the other day that said “community and competition cannot exist in the same room” and I couldn’t agree more because girrrrllll…the secret competition and one sided beef in this industry is craaazy😳 The mean girls, the Pilates police, the gatekeeping, the envy smh. And it’s allll over the wellness space, not just specific to Pilates. Imagine preaching community building while lowkey sh****ng on your supporters🥴
Anyway, Pristine Pilates will always be a place to support, uplift and cheer on the women doing their thing in and outside of this space💖
