Tomorrow is Fargo Prep Session #4! 🛑 Whether you are prepping for Nationals or looking to get some extra work in, come train! Open to ALL wrestlers, not just Fargo qualifiers. This session is included in your monthly membership, drop-ins are $20.

Grit is offering TWO weekends of Youth Summer Camp this year!
Week 1: Friday 6/19-Sunday 6/21
Week 2: Friday 6/26-Sunday 6/28
The Camps are $100 per weekend or $180 for both weekends!

This Saturday, June 13th from 10-11 AM, kicks off our Novice Open Rooms! Coach Izzy will be running these sessions throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity to stay on the mats and continue to build your base knowledge of technique and positioning! These sessions are pay per session at $20 per athlete (Siblings half off)

Next Sunday June 21st, Micky Phillippi will be running our Fargo Prep Session. Phillippi was a 5x NCAA Qual and a 2x ACC Champion at Pitt. He was also a 3x PA State Champion at Derry and is currently a member of PWC, Pitt's RTC.

Micky is bringing a crew of Western PA hammers with him to train in the Lehigh Valley!

**NOTICE: Session is Sunday with a 12 PM start, different than the usual Saturday Sessions**

It is $30 per wrestler (Members and Non-Members). You can pay with Cash or Venmo at the door.

We are offering training sessions for all ages and skill levels this summer! Our Summer Folkstyle sessions began this morning, Fargo Prep Series continues Saturday and Novice Open Rooms also begin Saturday! In addition, we are offering two weekends of Summer Camp 6/19-6/21 and 6/26-6/28!

🚨Reminder! Tomorrow, June 9th, begins our Summer Folkstyle sessions! Sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-11:30 AM! These sessions will focus HEAVILY on Folkstyle Mat Wrestling. We encourage athletes to attend this session and the later advanced session to really up their game throughout the summer. Advanced will switch back to Folkstyle beginning on July 13th.

Sammy Sasso will be back at Grit this Saturday June 6th for our Fargo Prep Series! Sasso was a 4x All-American at Ohio State at 2x PA State Champion at Nazareth and now coaches at Scarlet Knight WC at Rutgers. ⚔🛑
