One can arrive 15 minutes early for dynamic warmups, cardio, or even mobility work prior to pickleball. You can also watch friends & family play while taking in a game of ping-pong, table shuffleboard, or even darts. Plus, you may even spot Batman, Rudolph with his sleigh, or vintage skis and paddles upstairs. It’s a wondrous place. BUT…Most of all, for your sport or activity needs, one on one exceptional physical therapy exists from Move & Go Physio!😁💪 You don’t even need to know anything or have any interest in pickleball.
