I'm sorry. I've let loyal customers, businesses I respect, friends, family, and myself down. If you've been waiting to hear from me, I'll be in contact by the end of the week. I'm refunding all delayed bungee orders but still fulfilling them.
I can't logically explain what happened but I basically shut down a couple months ago. I turned my phone on dnd, shut out everyone in my life, and pretended I wasn't running a business. Facing the day felt impossible, I stopped eating much aside from coffee and tea, and became overwhelmed with the sensory input of the world. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and now I'm facing this mess I created.
I'm proud of the many things I've taught myself and designed through this, but it's clear that I have personal work to do before I can truly succeed. So many people have been supportive, repeat customers, people in the industry. I'm so sorry to have let you down. This isn't the end, but I'm going to stop selling bags for a bit. I'll keep My Little Bungee going while I figure things out.
