For nearly 9 years, Brian has been part of the Type 44 community—first as a coach and always as a member.

If you know Brian, you know he has an incredible range of talents. Coffee roaster. Software engineer. Musician on both land and ocean. Adventurer. The guy seems to do it all.

Brian is a devoted husband, an amazing father, and the kind of person who makes a community stronger simply by showing up and being himself.

1,000 classes represents years of consistency, commitment, and investing in his health alongside the people around him. We’re grateful for the impact he’s had on Type 44 over the years and proud to celebrate this milestone with him.

Coach Kirsten was honored with an invite to the Del Mar Legends Championship—and she made it count. Starting in 25th and finishing 7th, that’s a massive climb against a stacked field.

Proof of the work she’s been putting in day after day. She belonged out there with Games athletes, no question.

Valerie just hit 1,000 classes—and she’s been stacking wins the whole way.

A true wizard with numbers, she brings that same steady, dialed approach to her training. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her skiing, deadlifting, high-fiving through workouts at Type 44, kayaking and catching movies with her hubby.
