Announcing our very first X Factor Athlete: Brayden Cusick ‘28, Bend High

The X Factor Athlete is awarded once a month to 1/60 athletes within our basketball performance program.

The X Factor Athlete demonstrates commitment to their on-court development, attends a minimum of 2 strength training sessions per week, has a positive attitude always, and shows coachability by putting into play the skills we are emphasizing.

We’ve partnered with Three Peaks Elite basketball teams this spring club season to help get them ready for competition.🏀
Our focus in the weight room is building complete athletes — not just stronger ones.

Sessions includes plyometrics, speed and agility work, strength training, and mobility, all designed to help athletes move better, stay healthy, and perform at a higher level on the court.
