Someone forgot their safety pins.
Someone is already in the bathroom line.
Someone is pretending they aren’t nervous.
Someone is eating a banana at an unreasonable hour.
And somehow, once that start line goes off, it all becomes the best kind of day.

We are NOT asking them to spontaneously run a marathon.
We ARE suggesting that a shorter distance, a beautiful course and a ridiculously fun Sunday in Bellingham sounds pretty damn doable.
