Sometimes we are faced with things that break us open, we wind up with tears streaming down our face, and over time patterns are created around that fear.
Fear of the tears, fear of the experience.

What would happen if I changed my thoughts?
Would my experience change?
Understanding the way we approach our experiences, how we think about them or how we feel about them, completely changes our experience as a whole!!

You don't need to study the Kleshas, or know them from the inside out to benefit from them. You DO want to learn to bring awareness to your thoughts and feelings. If something shows up repeatedly - then you know there is substance you can work with. You can do this through mediation, mindfulness, shadow work and more.
It is always okay to learn to accept our state of mind for what it is right now, but not allow it to throw us of course.
Through constant observation of our mind and state of being, we realize our state of mind, creates the road map for our experience. Bringing awareness to this means we can learn to see through the filter.
We have a choice!!
The choice is to take action or sit with it.
Awareness breaks your cycle and shines a light on your thoughts and feelings.
