On Tuesday, a coalition of more than 400 researchers, including AI godfathers Yoshua Bengio and Geoffrey Hinton, published an open letter calling for AI and security researchers to collaborate on improving alignment and containment approaches, and aiming to protect critical infrastructure before more incidents of "high-profile security failures" come to fruition.

As part of PCI’s professional development program we are offering this workshop for Nov. We will examine:

· The important purposes of each of the 4 D’s and why it is critical for the coach to lead the 4D progression.
· In-Take, Discovery, and Dream as foundational to Design and how (and why) to affirm and amplify parents’ coherent self-identity during these phases.
· “Leverage points,” and ways to use for potential effectiveness throughout Design.
· Characteristics of early Design phase as differentiated from later Design phase.
· The Creative Tension Model developed by Robert Fritz and how to harness its power within the Appreciative Inquiry Framework.
· Various Living Systems principles for practical application aligned with specific coaching techniques, including: Relationships are Primary, Self-Organization, Partnering with the Environment, and Identity as Self-Referencing System.
