At Barre Above we have a few guiding principles when it comes to using props in class:
✔️ Does it add value to the exercise — or distract from it?�✔️ Does it elevate the outcome of the series?�✔️ Can students utilize it safely and effectively?

Leaving the Valley of the Sun feeling incredibly grateful for every moment.

The .events team created something truly special—an experience designed not just to educate, but to connect all of us who care so deeply about this industry. From the panels and workshops to the in-between moments and conversations… and getting to witness so many brilliant new educators stepping into their power—it was inspiring on every level.

I’m walking away energized, motivated, and full of ideas.

To everyone who attended—thank you. Not just for showing up, but for leaning in, asking thoughtful questions, and pushing the conversation forward on how we activate group fitness in new and meaningful ways. That’s where the magic is.
