Looks like the ATF eforms update last night was a whole lot of nothing.

We do have a call into the local ATF to ask our IOI on what to do now after the lawsuit. So far, no call back.

Without a form 4, there is no way to pull the suppressor from the ATF inventory. We have heard some nastiness that ATF will treat them as lost. Let's hope this doesn't happen. Also, traveling with an unregistered NFA item is another issue.

We will continue to do Form 4s for now until we receive a letter on how this works from ATF. I don't want to see my customers being test subjects for this lawsuit. We hope to hear from ATF in the next day or so.
