But on a serious note, we have some great news. We are moving into the same building, different room.

And for the OGs, this is actually our original room. 😎

We don’t need much. Just some barbells, plates, platforms, and our awesome lifters who put in the work day in and day out.

Honestly, I’m really excited about this. The room is smaller, but I think it fits HWS a lot better. We can keep things simple and just focus on what we actually came here to do: lift heavy s #%t.

Picked up a very cool piece of equipment today.
This barbell was used in the training hall at the 2015 IWF World Championships in Houston, TX.

Possibly was in the hands of lifters like Dmitry Klokov, Lu Xiaojun, or Gabriel Sincraian. Who knows? lol

It is now in our barbell club 11 years later! How cool is that? 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

They’re just cool af, they make you feel like an athlete, and nothing tops the feeling of hitting a heavy sn**ch or clean and jerk
