, mind, and spirit. Unlike many facilities, all our fitness specialists have bachelor degrees in the health and fitness field. They are all very well-trained to serve the physical needs of our members, and many of our fitness specialists also provide personal training to help you meet your fitness goals. We're a 72,000-square-foot facility, with more than 75 group fitness classes (yoga, pilates, step, kickboxing, cardio, Spinning, athletic cross-training, aquatics and many more), indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tracks, indoor basketball gym, tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, The Meridian Day Spa, full-day kids' camps, sports tournaments, free child care, towel service, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, showers, locker room and much more.

Survivor Week starts next week at CHRISTUS HWC Summer Kids Camp!

Week 1 (June 8–12) is packed with obstacle courses, tribal challenges, wilderness navigation, and team spirit. We handle the full-day schedule so you can focus on work with total peace of mind.

Every registration includes:
* Daily swimming in our outdoor pool
* A custom tie-dye shirt your child makes and takes home
* Daily sports, games, and arts & crafts
* Two healthy snacks provided each day
* Our big themed celebration every Friday

The Details:
* Ages: 5–13
* Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM | Pick-up: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
* Member Rate: $200 / week
* Non-Member Rate: $240 / week
