June HYROX Camp was a huge success. 👏

In just two hours, we covered race strategy, nutrition, penalties, movement technique, strength work, and compromised running.

Everyone walked away with more knowledge, more confidence, and a clearer path for training and race day.

Our next HYROX Camp is August 1st. If you’re racing this fall, don’t wait to prepare—come train with us.

Affiliate registration for HYROX Dallas opens tomorrow. We hope to see a lot of Baton Rouge athletes in Texas!

Our youth programs at Geaux Athletic Club are designed to help kids build confidence, move well, learn discipline, and have fun along the way.

🐯 CrossFit Tigers (Ages 7–9)
Thursdays • 6:15–7:00 PM

⚡ CrossFit Kids (Ages 10–14)
Saturdays • 8:30–9:30 AM
