The problem with quick fixes isn't that they don't work, it's that they usually don't work for *long.*

Crash diets, extreme workout plans, and 30-day challenges appeal to us because we're wired to seek fast results. But lasting fitness isn't built on urgencyโ€ฆ it's built on habits.

When a plan is too restrictive or intense to fit into real life, it's hard to sustain. And if you can't sustain it, you can't sustain the results.

At PUSH511, we focus on the things that actually create long-term success: consistency, expert coaching, and a supportive community. Our goal isn't to help you get fit for the next 30 days, it's to help you build a healthier, stronger life for years to come.

Congratulations to the 38 PUSH511 members who made it into our May Committed Club! Emily is the winner of an Ovenbird Bakery gift card, and Paul won a chance to play a playlist of his choice during a group CrossFit class!

If you want to make it into PUSH's June Committed Club, check in to class 14 times or more this month! And if you make it in for April, May, and June, you'll earn a spot in our Quarterly Committed Club!
