The women’s class on Friday night at 5:30 p.m. is now open to the community, no membership necessary. Class will be no charge with a suggested donation of $10. 

Spread the word, come out and get on the mats and let’s get this group going.

Comments on Jiu Jitsu * Thanks to the confidence I have built on the mats, I can proudly say that my first instinct is no longer to freeze. Knowing that I can protect myself and those I love provides solace when life and the world seems out-of-control. And when I doubt myself...on the mats, at work, in my home life...my experiences studying BJJ reminds me that I am capable of making big leaps, persevering, and continuing to improve.
