Memorial Day Murph 2026 🇺🇸

Over the weekend, Tribe came together to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Murph is more than a workout — it’s a reminder that freedom isn’t free. Every rep was done with gratitude, respect, and remembrance.

Whether our athletes RX’d, scaled, partitioned the reps, or worked as a team, we were proud to take on this challenge together. ❤️🤍💙

Practice makes perfect? No. Practice makes progress.

Progress is built through repetition, discipline, consistency, and showing up even on the hard days. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about getting a little better every time you walk through the door.

At Tribe, we watch our athletes grow every single day. Sometimes that looks like hitting a new PR. Sometimes it’s returning after time away from the gym, rebuilding confidence, or pushing through mental blocks that once felt impossible.

Growth doesn’t always happen overnight, but every rep, every workout, and every small step forward adds up.

May Member Spotlight 🌟 Meet Cara

Cara joined Tribe back in January, but CrossFit has been part of her life for over 15 years, including competing as a Regionals athlete.

After training at several different gyms over the years, she says what makes Tribe different is the community.

“In just a few months, I’ve already made friends here. The people are great, and the coaching staff is really involved.”

One thing we love about Cara’s story is that no matter your fitness background, Tribe has a place for you. Whether you’ve been doing CrossFit for years or are thinking about trying a gym for the very first time, our goal is to create a welcoming place where everyone can grow, be challenged, and have fun doing it.
