This week’s shoutout goes to David! 👏

A few months ago, David was dealing with a back injury that could have easily sidelined him for much longer. Instead of trying to push through the pain or ignore the problem, he did the smart thing—he sought out physical therapy, put in the work, and focused on recovery.

Now he’s back in class, showing up consistently, and absolutely crushing it. 🔥

One of the hardest parts of any fitness journey is knowing when to push and when to take a step back. David understood that taking care of his body wasn’t quitting—it was investing in his ability to come back stronger.

Recovery is part of the process. Progress isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes the biggest win is doing what you need to do so you can get back to doing what you love.

We’re proud of the work you’ve put in, David, and we’re excited to see what comes next! 💪

Fitness doesn’t stop when the workout ends.

This morning we kicked off the day with an awesome group workout, then headed to Dahlonega for an afternoon on the water.

Not everyone lifted.
Not everyone kayaked.
But everyone showed up to be part of something bigger than a workout.

At Grit Life, we’re building strength in the gym, friendships outside of it, and a community that supports each other through it all.

Member Highlight: Angie 🌟

Big shoutout to Angie! Even after knee replacement surgery, she never lost sight of her goals. She’s continued showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process. Today was a huge milestone—she completed her first unassisted lunge since surgery! 👏

Progress isn’t always about moving fast; it’s about staying consistent through the challenges. Angie is proof that patience, determination, and showing up pay off. We’re so proud of how far she’s come and excited to see what’s next!

Big shoutout to Jim!

Recently, Jim started an awesome new job, which completely changed his schedule. Instead of letting that become an excuse, he made a choice: adjust and keep showing up.

Jim was an evening class guy. Now? He’s a morning class guy. 🌅

Success isn’t about having the perfect schedule—it’s about being willing to adapt when life changes. Jim could have easily said, “I just don’t have time anymore.” Instead, he found a new routine and stayed committed to himself and his goals.

A new job, new responsibilities, and a new schedule didn’t stop him. He adjusted accordingly and kept moving forward.

In addition to our group classes, we’re now offering Semi-Private and 1-on-1 Personal Training with customized programming designed specifically for each individual.

Every client will have a personalized workout plan built around their goals, fitness level, and any limitations they may have. Our coaches can make adjustments in real time, track progress, and help clients stay focused on consistent improvement.

Whether you’re looking for more accountability, want a program tailored specifically to you, or have goals that require a little extra attention, this option gives you the best of both worlds—expert coaching and a plan built just for you.

Our group classes aren’t going anywhere—they’re still the heart of what we do. This is simply another way for us to help more people reach their goals.
