This Friday night Voodoo hosts CrossFit’s “Jackie”.
Old schoolers remember when men and women used the 45 # bar, but at some point the ladies found a way to get this WOD to bring the standard to a 35 # bar- ANY LADIES OUT THERE THAT WENT 45?
