You already know we honor our Veterans at our annual Pie Run. This year's benefactor is a local organization making plans to expand its Canine Therapy program to Veteran organizations in our area.

We invite Veterans to join us, and we invite you to come thank a Veteran for the sacrifices they and their families have made for us. Then, we hope you'll meet the Canines Who Care team as well!

We are excited to be back in 2026 after taking a break in 2025! Beat the Heat 5K/5K Bunked Out Relay benefits The Maltese Mission. The Maltese Mission formed in 2025 as a non-profit whose mission is to hold various events to raise funds that help the fire family.

This race runs through the bays at Fire Station 1 - twice!

Just get out there, Friends! Join us at a starting line and meet our family! We don't compare each other, unless it's to check your age to see if we're in the same age group ;) Honestly, though, many of our participants come for the run and stay for the fellowship - we hope you will too!
