🎉 Toilets that flush! 🥳
🙅‍♂️ gyms that aren’t open… yet! 😮‍💨

We wanted to jump on here to share our progress with you!

Like endurance week at AO, the hardest part of any process is the last 1%.

And y’all that’s where we’re at! We’re SO close to opening AO Mueller that we can taste it 😭

We’re in the final stretch of inspections and expect to open up any day now!

Thank YOU for being so supportive and patient as we head down the home stretch 🙏

Be on the lookout for an OPEN announcement soon!

Member Highlight of The Week…

💥Lauren Smola💥

LAUREN! 4 plus years—insane! What started as a class pass regular and turned into a member of the fam. We love you and have enjoyed every second of seeing you get stronger. So many memories, too many stories and giggles, cheers to more PRs. We are so proud of you.

This week’s member highlight…

💥Sam Roberts💥

Once upon a time, shoutout Griff, brought his buddy Sam along to an AO class. This class would start his two week unlimited trial to see if this community and training style would be the right fit—lucky us, it was! Lucky for you, if you’re a member you too can bring your friends for a two week trial 😉

Sam instantly became a great addition to this community! We love coaching you! If you haven’t already, workout with Sam next time—with his sarcasm and competitive spirit, he’s made us all work a little harder while also making it a little more fun. You can catch him at most 6:30 Fit classes—just look for the tallest guy in the room.

Max strength means more rest… in order to lift heavier, you rest longer! BUT we’d be lying if we didn’t mention it also means more chit chat, more time for catching up, and more community! So ya, we kinda love max strength week and not just for the gains, we make more friends thanks to the extra rest we have to take.

See you in 4 weeks max strength until then 🫡

We love you. We mean it. This makes us giggle but also… 👀 stop forgetting your things! They miss you. And now someone else will get to enjoy it, so thank you?

Don’t forget before you leave to grab your things! We know it’s hot out (so why did you bring the jacket in the first place??) BUT you’ll need that jacket in December (maybe??).

With love. Stop forgetting your stuff. With love.

This weeks member highlight…

💥Sierra and Xavier💥

What an honor. Truly. We love these two! 6:30am FIT is lucky to have you, pretty much every morning. The moment you both came we knew it was true love. Thank you for working so hard, showing us that working out with your loved ones are possible, and being the kindest coolest people. We love you!!!

Just a few reasons why we love group training…

1. You can talk to friends.
2. You can get stronger with friends.
3. You can hold your friends accountable.
4. Your friends can hold you accountable.

Why do you love group training? 👯‍♀️👯
