There will be no 'formal' Tip2Tip this year ... lack of venue is to blame.

I will, however, begin riding portions of the route as I did today and announce the plan to do so here on the T2T page.

Weather watch ...

I wouldn't be too alarmed yet given the t-storm and rain prediction. Here on the coast we usually observe these conditions just behind the coastline; i.e. over the sound and back inland. But, we'll see. Like we usually do. As you really won't know the weather on the beach until it happens - no matter the forecast.

So, yes, we are a GO for Saturday morning.
