Struggling with your roll up? We’ve all been there! 😉 The Cadillac, specifically the roll-back bar, can really help with segmenting the spine and finding that deep abdominal connection. The spring tension provides just enough assistance to help you get through those sticky spots in your lower back, teaching your body how to articulate one vertebra at a time 💗
