Sure, finishing a productive workout and then playing a quick nine holes on a simulator without having to go more than a few steps in between feels great.....but we all know that the real cherry on top is walking out afterwards feeling like a million bucks because you're clean and in a fresh change of clothes.

That's why we have two separate and private shower rooms here at Peak. (With complementary towels for your use as well!)

Sometimes you just gotta send it!

And in fact, sometimes is every time when you're doing your seated rotational throw during evaluation testing. :)

You get three attempts from each side of your body to throw a medicine ball as far as you can, chucking it like you got robbed of a spot on the Olympic shot put team.

This test allows us to see how evenly you can develop power on one side of your body compared to the other. It also gives you a baseline estimate of how far you've got the potential to hit the ball off the tee.

(Pro tip: If you're throwing an 8 pound medicine ball more than 20 feet before it hits the ground, you've probably got a series of 300+ yard drives waiting to burst out of your body at a moment's notice.)

Your distance on this test will help us determine which exercises will have the most impact in the custom program that comes with your evaluation process.

Sure, we're in the middle of winter at the moment, but that 50 days between now and the start of spring really just means you've got some extra opportunity to make some big progress in your game before plants start to bloom again!

Well, she may not be an actual wizard (or at least be willing to admit to it!) but Morgan sure does have a magic touch with the athletes she works with.

Her first hand athletic experience and ability to understand the needs and wants of the people she works with makes connecting with her and finding a path to progress feel as simple as 'abra cadabra'...or perhaps 'wingardium leviosa' given what she appears to be doing in this photo. :)

Did you know that in addition to world-class 3D motion capture technology, 4 golf simulators, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, a turf area, weight sled and a full complement of exercise bands and TRX attachments, we also have two separate and private shower rooms with complementary towels here at Peak?

They are perfect for cleaning up and changing clothes after knocking out a workout first thing in the morning, mid-day or before a round of golf.
