Sandpiper Farm leases some of their horses for on-site Hunter Paces. We also offer a program called "Ride Outside the Ring" year-round, weather and schedule permitting. If you are interested in leasing a horse for the November Hunter Pace, please contact our office 631 754 2355 (landline-no text). We want riders and horses to be well-matched for safe and enjoyable experiences. Or if you want to practice for a pace, you may bring your horse or ride ours. Our horses require experienced riders and all rides need to be schedule in advance.

SMITHTOWN HUNT HUNTER PACE, May 16, 2026 hosted by Dr. Laurie Landeau at beautiful Sandpiper Farm. Please note: there are NO TRESPASSING signs at the entrance to Lighthouse Road. Ignore them. Your cell service/GPS may drop out at the entrance--keep driving! The turn off to the field for trailers, registration is on the right side, sign and big arrows, so drive slowly and look for those signs. Our staff will be in the field in orange vests directing parking. Please listen to their instructions! Have fun!
