1 More Rep Athletics and Fitness ATHLETE SHOUTOUT to our incredible Amy S.!
Amy is one of our remote Athletes ( works with athletes WORLDWIDE π) who decided to take back control of her health and fitness through a Customized Meal Plan with Weekly Check Ins with Coach Kelly .fitness .
Initial goals back in May of 2020 were to focus on power lifting and doing a full body recomp (decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle mass). Her goal weight in mind was initially 130 lbs, BUT WE'VE HIT THAT! So now next goal is 127 lbs π₯
Each week Amy checks in with Kelly via emails, Facebook messenger, and video calls.
Despite a few injuries including a fractured ankle, Amy and Kelly were able to readjust independent training, her customized nutrition, and MOST IMPORTANTLY her mindset to keep her great progress propelling forward.
Amy is a ROCKSTAR Athlete. Coachable, communicative, trusting in her Coach and the process. We have brought Amy to a healthy metabolism through reverse dieting (getting her to eat MORE and increase her calories π€€π₯) while continuing her great recomp progress.
