Join us in congradulating the latest Method Man, Chad W! Chad has been training at Method Fitness for nearly two years now. His positive mindset, and discipline to WORK has brought him a long way. Here is what her trainer, Robbie, has to say about him:

“Chad has been training consistently at Method for about 2 years, and recently has progressed to olympic lifting. We started very simple with technique drills and have progressed to power cleans. It has been a fun process for both of us. In addition to this, we have been spending more time on aerobic and glycolytic conditioning, as well as honing in nutrition and sleep to ensure he remains healthy while pursuing performance based goals in the gym. Alongside his training efforts, Chad is one of my funniest clients and adds to the gym’s atmosphere with his positive attitude, enthusiasm, and humor.”

WELCOME JESTER!

Jester is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a DMV native. Originally from Columbia, MD, they played Division 1 Women’s Soccer at George Mason University where they earned a B.S. in Kinesiology.

As a former collegiate athlete, Jester is no stranger to activity or the occasional injury. They found that quality, consistent resistance training was the key not only to improving performance but also to quality of life. Their coaching philosophy is based on mastering the basics to achieve prolonged success.

Jester joins the Method Team after working with Division 1 athletes at Fairleigh Dickinson, George Mason, and UNC Chapel Hill. They hope to use this experience to help clients reach their fitness goals while learning to love the training process.

Women benefit from major compound lifts for the same reason everyone does.
Check out some of our bada** women of Method.

Main compound movements like the squat, train multiple muscle groups at once, improve strength, bone density, coordination, and long-term resilience.

Squats, deadlifts, thrusts, presses, and rows don’t “bulk” you up overnight, they build a stronger, more capable body with real-world carryover. 🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏼‍♂️
