Appleton Bicycle Shop is open today Tuesday 10-6, closed Weds, Thurs. 10-4, Fri. 10-2, Sat. 10-2.
The bike shop is okay. Our home was in the path of the Tornado and is very damaged, 100 foot tall trees gone.
We are sending our thoughts to people who have also been affected.
The cell service is spotty. We will be open these hours. I will share what it looked like from the shop when it was forming. To get home we had to hike in, over trees, and avoiding power lines. I had no idea when looking at it on State Street, that it would spin off such terrible tornados in minutes. Scary stuff.
Friday and Saturday are effected by Mile of Music. Please come downtown for Mile and support our neighbors.
We are finishing repairs as quickly as possible while fielding insurance and storm repair.
