Rise was created from the idea of a space to give opportunities to learn and train for athletes, coaches and trainers on an individual level. RISE meets the call from athletes, coaches and families who are looking for growth in their performance, skill level and specific needs. Away from the politics and noise of school, club and tournament affiliations. We treat you like a person, not a player meant to play one position in one sport at one time. We are all-inclusive in our skills, training, and experience. We bridge the gap between lacking skills and skills learned. All while having fun
We teach all genders, ages, abilities, skill sets, and everything in between. We offer a safe place for our athletes and coaches. We are safe sport certified, background checks yearly, and advocates for creating a safe environment for learners. No BS
You will get feedback to apply during your training in the moment. With take home drills and video feedback for private trainings. Your training will be specific for you and your needs, Rise is not one size fits all general skill overview. At RISE We strive to install a growth mindset in our players and coaches through our work. Leading them to be all-around confident in their skills, attitude, and most importantly them as a person. We are passionate about seeing the person first and the player/coach second. We are dedicated to providing all-around training to assist that person reach their goals in the game of volleyball.

Good luck to our athletes + trainers as they navigate the summer tryout process to start the club season 🍀🤞

- Always ask questions about scheduling, expectations of the team, what the coaches' goal for the team is, what their expertise is, and where they can provide training and learning you can tap into. Ask the questions, start the dialogue, and be informed before you commit.

- Have fun with tryouts, show off your consistent skill set but separate yourself with what you bring naturally to the game or court. Lean into what makes you, YOU on the court. You will find the right match with a coach who sees that and wants it to grow or be part of their team.

- take every offer given into consideration on how it can help you reach your season goals. And if it fits for you.

- Above all learn from each rep, tryout, and drill let the growth start with your own work. And continue to play the best sport! 🏐💛
