We love yoga and we love seeing people get STRONG, so we offer both.
Barbell Strength training, following the 5x5 protocol, is great for anyone interested in a program optimized towards building muscular strength.
If you’re new to training with a barbell, or not sure if you’re ready, we have Intro to Barbell classes on Fridays at noon, and soon on Sundays at 8:00a - where we will guide you through how to safely lift with a barbell, along with any modifications or alternatives.
These classes are also a great fit for athletes in the offseason who want to build strength and muscle, as well as middle and high school athletes looking to develop confidence and proficiency in the foundational barbell lifts before entering more advanced high school or college strength and conditioning programs.
