A grieving heart not sure what took me so long to write !!
Same mat. Same pose. But something felt different today. I was constantly thinking of the time spent with him

That’s not a small thing. That’s everything.
You didn’t just teach yoga. You created teachers. You opened doors for people who didn’t even know they were ready to walk through them.
A man with the biggest heart in every room he entered — and even bigger energy when he left it.
