-> Ballet Barre and Stretch is a dance class that combines standing exercises at the barre with stretching at the end of class. We will teach you foundational ballet technique, work on flexibility, posture, balance, and strength. Open to all levels, no prior experience necessary.
-> Pilates & Stretch is structured with half mat Pilates and half guided stretching, designed to get you moving while leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels are welcome.
