Attention drivers!
Mowers will be heavily inspected to ensure safety and fair playing field. If you are told to change something before passing tech, change it or don't run. Club officials make the final call.
You are allowed 2 roll overs. This means if you are rolled once, you can flip your mower back over and if its still good to go, you're welcome to continue participating. If you are rolled again, you will be out.
If any part of your body touches the ground, you will be immediately DQ'd.
If you are pushed over a log, forcing you out of the playground, you are welcome to try driving back over the log and remain in the game but you must remain on your mower whilst doing so.
NO INTENTIONAL ROLL OVERS. We do not have you out there to put each other in danger. You should be focusing on disabling an opponent's steering, axles, tires, etc. Nobody wants to see a perfectly fine derby vehicle sitting there empty because he got pushed over. If you intentionally roll someone, you will be DQ'd.
If your leg protection comes loose from the frame/body, you will be DQ'd for your safety.
If you're unsure of the speed of your mower, download GPS Speedometer: Speed Tracker and check it. If you are suspected of breaking this rules, you will be black flagged for the safety of all participants.
Any fuel leaking will result in DQ
If a mower rolls over, STOP MOVING until we can get the mower upright and ensure the driver is okay and get them off the playground.
You MUST MAKE CONTACT. You have 60 seconds to make contact with someone. No contact is 60 seconds, will result in a DQ.
IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, REACH OUT AND ASK. DON'T BUILD IN THE GRAY AREAS. OFFICALS MAKE THE FINAL CALL ON INSPECTIONS.
