Another great summer run club group run this morning doing Thunder Bay River loop repeats! Also had some XC Camp prep with the second loop a prediction run. Had 15 this morning, let's get more next week at the Dahleens residence! More details to follow for next Tuesday group run.

AHS Wildcat Cross Country
Athlete and Parent Informational Meeting
What: Meeting hosted by the AHS Cross Country Coaching Staff to meet and greet and discuss the upcoming 2024 Season and what to expect.
Where: AHS (D House/ room D 211 Coach Roznowski)
Who: All returning XC runners, new AHS runners, prospective runners and parents of runners.
When: June 4th at 2:45
What: We will be covering information ranging from the season schedule, what to expect for new runners, XC Camp details, and Summer Training Program.
