This is a FREE event that occurs every first Friday of the month. It is meant for all women of all experience levels. No membership required!

Enjoy a night of sparring with your sweetheart, chowing down on a catered fajita main course, and finishing with a special sweet treat ❤️

This event is meant for all couples! No membership or experience needed.

Come dressed to sweat with your sweetie then change into something comfortably casual for the food (if you’d like). Find a babysitter and celebrate the day of love on the mats with us. Also, feel free to BYOB!

Every first Friday of the month is Ladies Night! It’s a completely free, beginner friendly, and fun class option. Dip your toe into bjj, expand your knowledge with fundamental moves, or just join us to make new friends and hangout!
We’ll walk down the road to Kelly’s for a drink and snack afterwards. Bring your sisters, cousins, daughters, and friends!
All females, 13+, no jiu jitsu experience necessary.
