Many of our students have lost their former strength and endurance due to the lack of exercise during the lockdown. Unfortunately, when it comes to muscle strength, you use it or you lose it. We have decided to offer our help in building their strength back to combat the negative effects of our long quarantine.

Your kids can do many safe strength training exercises when properly supervised and they will have tremendous benefits for any sport and helps them feel more confident, maintain a healthy weight and become overall more fit. If started early, strength training, can put your child on a lifelong path of excellent habits for better health and fitness in the future.

Our Strength Training classes are offered this summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:00 pm starting from July 2 (twice a week class).

The first trial class will be held this Thursday, July 2 at 4:00-5:00 pm, it is FREE to join for everyone. Thereafter, it is $50 per month for my current students or $90 per month for new students (total of 8 one-hour classes per month). Please help us spread the word as we strongly believe that many kids can benefit from these classes, especially now. The class is open to boys and girls ages 7 & up.
