TLTS PERFORMANCE’s aim is to enhance performance and fitness from amateur to professional levels. TLTS can equip coaches, TEAMS, and STUDENT ATHLETES with sport specific, skill speci

fic, flexibility, hip mobility, speed development and strength & condition programs. TLTSports Membership and Non-Membership services will get STUDENT ATHLETES ready for OFF-Season Development and IN-Season Maintenance & Recovery as well as Competition Preparation. TLTSpeed, TLTStrength, TLTStamina, TLTStretch, TLTSprings programs are available for membership Student Athletes year round and SUMMER only. The sessions WILL PUSH athletes to their mental and physical limits. LIFE ATHLETES & WEEKEND WARRIORS

An Online Training App for tracking life goals and Members only private facility is accessible to Life Athlete clients.

ITS SMITH COUNTY BASKETBALL GAMEDAY! Your Owls and Lady Owls will both hit the road. The Lady Owls will travel to Ezell Harding High School to take on Pearl Cohn at 3:30pm and the Owls will return to Pickett County High School to take on USJ at 3:00pm! Make sure to come out and support your Owls and Lady Owls!
