Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer, ready to experience their first competition, or looking for a more competitive All-Star experience, we have a program for them!

With 3 all-inclusive program options, we’ve created opportunities for a variety of ages, skill levels, commitment levels AND budgets. Whether you’re looking for an affordable introduction to cheer or a more complete competitive experience, there’s an option designed to fit your athlete and your family.

Our 2’s Tumble class is made just for busy little bodies! Through tumbling, movement, games, and age-appropriate activities, your toddler will build coordination, balance, confidence, and body awareness all while having FUN!

2’s Tumble is a Parent & Me class, so a parent or guardian gets to join in on the fun!

Tuesdays at 6 PM or Thursdays at 4 PM
45-minute class
FREE trial for new families!

Some goodbyes are harder than others… and this is definitely one of them 💜

Coach Jaycee isn’t just a coach, she’s one of Empire’s founding athletes. She helped build this program into what it is today, and over the years she grew into an incredible coach, mentor, role model, and friend. The impact she’s had on our athletes, families, and gym will be felt for years to come.

While we’re going to miss her more than words can say, we’re so proud to watch her begin this next chapter at the University of Tennessee! We know she’s going to do amazing things.

If you see Jaycee around the gym this week, be sure to wish her well! Her last day is Thursday, and if you’d like to send her off with a card, favorite treat, or small gift, we’d love to help make her last week with us extra special.

Jaycee, thank you for growing up with Empire and helping shape the family we’ve become. No matter where life takes you, you’ll always be a part of Empire. We love you, we’re proud of you, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!!

Another cheer camp in the books! 💜📣

We had so much fun learning new skills, making friends, playing games, and making memories. Thank you to everyone who spent the last couple of days with us—we loved having you!
